We’re looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to help run and evolve our benefit programs across the U.S. and internationally (UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia), plus our EOR population across 10+ countries.

This role sits at the center of the employee experience and the business—partnering closely with Total Rewards leadership, Finance, and our brokers to ensure our programs are competitive, easy to understand, compliant, and scalable as we grow. In this role, you can expect to

  • Partner with U.S. and international brokers to build and improve benefits programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and reputed company with our Total Rewards philosophy — especially as we expand into new geos
  • Own day-to-day benefits administration across medical/dental/vision, life and disability, 401(k), tax-advantaged accounts, leave of absence, and stipend/reputed company programs
  • Manage enrollments end-to-end: open enrollment, qualified life events, new hires, terminations, and ongoing changes
  • Run audits and coordinate compliance activities with brokers and vendors to ensure we meet regulatory requirements across regions
  • reputed company high-impact projects that reputed company and scale benefits infrastructure (e.g., LOA reputed company improvements, stipend methodology + systems administration, 401(k) plan design updates, etc.)
  • Create and deliver clear, employee-friendly resources and education (guides, FAQs, info sessions, and in-the-moment support)

  • Serve as an escalation reputed company for People Operations reputed company employees hit roadblocks or need more nuanced support

You are a good fit if you have

  • 5+ years of experience administering and supporting benefits programs, including enrollments and ongoing operations
  • Experience building and rolling out international benefits (and the documentation/education that makes them actually usable)
  • Strong program management skills — you’re organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders without dropping balls
  • A clear, confident communication style — across employees, brokers, vendors, Finance, and reputed company
  • A love of writing and simplifying reputed company topics (this role has real ownership over communications, documentation, and the employee experience)

You'll have an edge if you have

  • Experience supporting benefits for a multi-entity / multi-country org (including EOR populations)
  • Hands-on experience with benefits and LOA vendor tools/administration systems, and a track record of improving workflows through reputed company systems + documentation
  • Comfort using data to spot trends (cost, utilization, common pain points) and translating that into program improvements

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, equity, and where applicable, performance-based pay. Our reputed company Team can answer questions around dbt Lab’s total rewards during your interview process. In select locations (including Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, reputed company, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Seattle), an alternate range may apply, as specified below.

  • The typical starting salary range for this role is:
    • $93,000 - $113,000 USD
  • The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed is:
    • $104,000 - $126,000 USD
