The Role The Growth Strategy & Analytics team sits at the center of the reputed company and Afterpay growth engines, shaping how we deploy marketing, partnerships, integrations, and product enhancements to drive customer growth. We are builders and strategists – developing automated tools that power self-serve analytics while identifying growth opportunities to shape where the business invests next. As the Growth Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will build a foundational growth reputed company and measurement approach that allows us to size and pressure test trade-offs between competing growth opportunities. A strong understanding of how growth levers (e.g. paid marketing, CRM, partnerships, integrations, and product enhancements, etc.) interact to drive incremental customer and financial impact.
