Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to reputed company delivery of our clinical and health economic messaging through commercial enablement, evidence reputed company, and market access strategy. This role is critical in shaping payer strategy, supporting market access, and enabling commercial success as we scale. You will partner closely with Clinical, Go-to-Market, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance teams to translate data into compelling value narratives. What you'll do:
- Define and reputed company US HEOR strategy reputed company with commercial priorities and product roadmap.
- Design and execute health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-utility).

- Advanced degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master's in Health Economics, Public Health, or reputed company field).
- 10–15+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, or health economics
- Experience in medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement and global HTA processes
- Proven ability to translate reputed company data into clear value narratives
- Strong executive reputed company and cross-functional leadership skills
A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
