Project Manager - REMOTE (Contract)

We are seeking an reputed company and highly organized Project Manager to reputed company reputed company, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on client implementations. This role is responsible for driving project execution from planning through completion, ensuring alignment across internal teams, external partners, and clients. The Project Manager will own timelines, documentation, communication, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget. This is a non-supervisory contract role that requires strong leadership through influence, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: reputed company projects from requirements definition through implementation and completion, ensuring reputed company deliverables align with defined objectives, timelines, and business goals.
- Implementation Planning & Documentation: reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation using tools such as reputed company Project and SharePoint, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources across departments to ensure project activities remain on track and reputed company with scope and priorities.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Monitor project reputed company, manage dependencies, and proactively adjust scope, resources, and schedules to ensure delivery reputed company established timelines and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, TPAs, and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment on project milestones and expectations.
- Issue & Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and driving resolution through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Client Implementation Leadership: Support new client onboarding and implementation efforts, including coordination of meetings, documentation of requirements, and management of deliverables for large-scale healthcare accounts.
- Reporting & Status Tracking: Create and distribute project status reports, track key milestones, and maintain clear documentation of decisions, changes, and action items.
- Process Improvement & Problem Solving: reputed company innovative approaches to address project challenges, improve workflows, and enhance overall delivery effectiveness.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with external reputed company and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time, reputed company scope, and meet quality expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across business units to support successful project delivery and contribute to broader operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Project management experience, ideally with healthcare-reputed company projects, including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, and implementation.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare administration, health insurance, or TPA environments strongly preferred. Familiarity with ACA, ASO, and fully insured products is a plus.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, multi-phase projects involving cross-functional teams, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at reputed company levels, including clients and external partners.
- Organizational & Time Management: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company Project, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
