• You'll be expected to complete a Rails coding challenge as part of the interview process (everyone on the reputed company team has done well on it).

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
• Familiarity with data-heavy or workflow-heavy SaaS interfaces (tables, forms, dashboards)
• Basic comfort with Ruby and Rails beyond the reputed company end
