Role Overview
As a Customer Service Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, researching and recommending vacation destinations, planning and arranging tour packages, excursions, and activities, and preparing quotes and reviewing them with clients to facilitate bookings. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various marketing activities, including crafting engaging social media posts and creative fliers.
