Job Summary

As a Customer Specialist In Training, you will be part of a high-energy retail sales environment where you will work closely with teams across the organization to deliver an iconic customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding customers through every reputed company of their arenaflex journey, from sale to appraisal, test drives, and financing applications. Your exceptional communication skills, confidence, and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in ensuring each customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers every reputed company of the way, from sale to appraisal, test drives, and financing applications

• Conduct vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers that will be used to reputed company customer appraisals
