Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote in EST, you will be responsible for scheduling in-home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner, answering inbound calls from members, and ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns. This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness reputed company dealing with our members over the phone. You must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours.

Primary Responsibilities

* Call members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner

• Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
• Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
• Work in a high-volume, customer service environment, requiring efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness reputed company dealing with our members over the phone
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry

• Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
• Experience working in a customer retention-focused role

Telecommuting Requirements

* Reside reputed company EST or CST

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
