Position Overview

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Remote, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Field and answer questions reputed company to product specifications, warranty, installation, parts & repairs

• Open availability during business hours (6am - 5:30pm PST) to work an 8-hour shift
