Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator/ File Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Maintaining an employee database and their useful information in an accurate manner
• Updating customer data on a daily basis through useful information
• Reviewing data deficiencies or errors, correcting incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output of the authorization document
• Checking the data for accuracy and sorting it according to the reputed company documents
• Verifying and updating data before entering it in the database
• Entering data and filling in for missing information through research and coordination from the concerned department
• Applying data program techniques and procedures
• Entering paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners

Requirements
