About the Role

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in introducing our cloud solutions to customers, helping them understand the power of our technology, and developing creative answers to their business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Support local sales teams in pursuit of key business opportunities, engage clients to address points of the data lifecycle
• Identify business and technical requirements, conduct full technical discovery, and architect customer solutions to fulfill gathered requirements
• Be responsible for leading technical projects, including activities such as technology advocacy, helping bid responses, product and solution briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources
• Work directly with arenaflex Cloud Platform products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer/partner environments
• Travel for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities as needed
• Prepare and deliver product messaging that highlights the arenaflex Cloud Platform value proposition, using techniques such as whiteboard and slide shows, product demonstrations, white papers, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent realistic experience, as well as at least 3 years of experience as a technical representative, technical pre-sales engineer, company architect, or in a customer-facing position. You should also have experience with conventional analytic warehouse solutions, big data technologies, real-time streaming, performance, or scalability optimizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Technology or a reputed company technical field
• Experience developing data warehousing, data lakes, batch or real-time event processing, and ETL workflow solutions
