Principal Enterprise AI Solutions Architect - GCC High Environment

Job Summary

The Princ Enterprise AI Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and BI solutions across the organization, establishing enterprise-wide frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high-impact outcomes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities, translates business requirements into robust technical solutions, and champions data governance, ethical AI use, and cloud integration. The incumbent serves as a visionary leader, driving innovation, setting technical direction, and mentoring teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities that reputed company business transformation and support organizational objectives.

Enterprise AI Solutioning

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements across departments (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing).
• Design and implement scalable AI solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and generative AI use cases.

AI & BI Capability Building

• Partner with IT leadership to define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for an AI/BI group.
• Establish standards for data governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices.

Integration & Enablement

• Work with business units to integrate AI into existing workflows and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, governed data pipelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to IT and business teams on AI tools and best practices.

• Implement privacy-by-design principles, role-based access control, and compliance guardrails.

Education, Experience/Knowledge & License/Certification

• Hands-on experience (5+ years preferred) in AI/ML development and solution architecture.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Programming: Python (required), experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Data Handling: SQL, data modeling, ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with generative AI, reputed company engineering, and retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG).
