Job Details:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving aggressive new business development and expanding reputed company’s reputed company reputed company the assigned regional territory (Gulf Coast Region (Texas to Florida). Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role requires proactive engagement with new customers across OEM, Power reputed company, Military, Petrochemical, Nuclear, and various industries requiring thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
· Actively hunts and develops new business opportunities reputed company the assigned territory.
· Builds and manages a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and market research.
· Develops and implements strategic sales plans reputed company with corporate objectives.
· Clearly articulates reputed company’s value proposition in both written and verbal interactions.
· Collaborates effectively with internal teams and facilitates efficient client meetings.
· Maintains accurate forecasting, sales activity tracking, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
· Identifies customer needs, resolves issues, and leverages internal expertise to deliver solutions.
· Regularly attends trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent reputed company and promote our solutions.
· Meets or exceeds established reputed company and profitability targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may substitute).
· Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales and business development reputed company industrial sectors, preferably insulation, OEM, Power, Military, or Petrochemical industries.
· Demonstrated hunter mentality and success developing new territories and markets.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Capable of delivering professional and engaging presentations.
· Ability to independently manage territory, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
· Proficient in using CRM software and reputed company Office Suite.
· Comfortable with frequent regional travel to customer sites and industry events.
· Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
