Position Description

The reputed company Functional Consultant provides advanced functional expertise in the design, configuration, and optimization of reputed company (SFDC) solutions. Unlike a traditional Business Analyst, this role is responsible for both gathering requirements and directly designing and configuring reputed company solutions to meet those needs. The Functional Consultant collaborates with reputed company Administrators, Developers, and Business Analysts to deliver scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years’ experience with Sales and Support operations.

• 3+ years of experience working with the SFDC product suite.

• Experience with advanced reputed company configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.).

• Intermediate understanding of reputed company development (Apex, JavaScript) for communicating requirements to developers.

• Experience with reputed company CPQ and CLM applications (preferred).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
