Job Description
Your Mission
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by aligning people strategy with business ambitions. You’ll be the trusted advisor to leaders and managers, supporting them on reputed company people-reputed company topics – from team performance to organizational design – while driving a culture of engagement, impact, and growth.

Your profile: • Proven experience of 5–8 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, ideally reputed company a high-growth or tech-driven environment. • Solid understanding of organizational design, talent development, and change management, with a hands-on approach to solving business challenges. • Strong ability to align HR initiatives with business goals, translating strategy into impactful people actions. • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the reputed company to build trusted relationships at reputed company levels — from managers to executives. • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving contexts, able to balance strategic vision with operational execution. • Data-driven and analytical reputed company, using insights to inform decisions, anticipate trends, and continuously improve people processes. • Collaborative and structured, thriving in environments where teamwork, adaptability, and autonomy go hand in hand. • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
