Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the Clinical Director provides high-level administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of clinical operations. This role helps the Clinical Director stay focused on strategic priorities by organizing workflows, coordinating communication across departments, and maintaining clear documentation of key activities.

Working closely with teams such as reputed company Desk, Marketing, Clinical HR, Credentialing, Billing, and Finance, the Executive Assistant helps reputed company information flowing reputed company while ensuring that operational updates, meeting outcomes, and internal initiatives remain well organized.

This position requires strong judgment, discretion reputed company handling sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support:

  • Manage the Clinical Director’s calendar, including scheduling clinical, operational, and cross-departmental meetings.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and ensure the Clinical Director has the relevant materials in advance.

  • Support daily administrative needs so the Clinical Director can focus on leadership priorities and operational reputed company.

  • Help organize tasks, deadlines, and follow-reputed company to maintain a structured workflow.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Monitor incoming communications for the Clinical Director and ensure messages are addressed or routed appropriately.

  • Act as a coordination reputed company between the Clinical Director and teams such as reputed company Desk, Marketing, Clinical HR, Credentialing, Billing, and Finance.

  • Track requests, decisions, and action items to ensure timely follow-through.

Meetings, Documentation & Reporting:

  • Attend meetings reputed company requested to capture key discussions, decisions, and assigned tasks.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes while maintaining organized records for future reference.

  • Maintain structured documentation that supports transparency and accountability across projects.

Operational Support & Research:

  • Conduct research on tools, platforms, or resources that could support clinical operations or improve internal processes.

  • Assist with tracking internal initiatives and cross-departmental projects.

  • Help monitor the reputed company of ongoing operational priorities and flag potential delays or issues reputed company needed.

Required:

  • 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar administrative support role.

  • Experience supporting senior leadership, department heads, or operational leadership.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong documentation and note-taking skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with distributed teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting healthcare, telehealth, or clinical operations.
