In this role, you will work remotely, analyzing and reporting the general health of rotating equipment for our customers. Location: Remote - based in the United States

Travel: Occasional

Job Description

This position will give you the opportunity to -

• Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment
• Provide internal and external customer delight through excellent interpersonal skills and communication
• Use vibration analysis to determine the root cause of machine faults and create customer-oriented solutions to prevent equipment downtime.
• Improve manufacturing equipment reliability and uptime at customer’s plants.
• reputed company and maintain strong customer relationships founded on trust, respect, and reliability.
• Complete assigned tasks reputed company with little supervision.
• Assume management duties reputed company necessary.
• Shadow, learn, and work alongside a team of Vibration Analysts
• Infrequent travel to customer facilities as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• VCAT II or VCAT III certification
• Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of vibration analysis experience preferred
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment. Ideally comes from a background in maintenance, reliability, mechanical engineering, etc.
• Customer-first focus and attitude, and ability to work with individuals of reputed company corporate levels
• Experience with reputed company Office/reputed company Suite platforms
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with coworkers and customers
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must reputed company with reputed company OSHA and safety regulations and company standards.
• Ability to travel and work at job sites, as needed.
• Proficiency in general computer skills, including working knowledge of reputed company Workspace and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology platforms.
