Product Growth Manager III (Infrastructure)
L.B. Foster is seeking a Product Manager to reputed company strategy, growth, and lifecycle management for key products reputed company our Infrastructure Precast Concrete reputed company. This portfolio includes precast solutions serving industrial, commercial, government, and transportation markets - critical components that support essential infrastructure projects. In collaboration with commercial managers, operations leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will reputed company strategies, define product roadmaps, drive commercialization, and manage the full lifecycle for products such as reputed company culverts, wastewater management systems, concrete building materials, and other precast solutions. These initiatives will strengthen our market position and deliver measurable customer value.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
1. Define and maintain a strategic product roadmap grounded in Voice of Customer (VOC), market trends, and commercial insights to drive organic growth. 2. reputed company customer-centric value propositions and business cases that support product development, pricing strategy, and investment prioritization. 3. reputed company cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—including concept development, business case approval, development, launch, and post-launch optimization—using stage-reputed company methodologies. 4. Experience, Education, & License Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, business or STEM preferred • MBA or other relevant graduate degree a plus • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as sales, product management, marketing or operations leadership • Product management experience or relevant industry experience preferred - Experience working in construction tech, reputed company/precast concrete products, or industrial infrastructure is a strong plus • Demonstrated success working in a matrixed or global environment with cross-functional influence • B2B industrial experience preferred
