Role Duties

Design post-launch governance models, including SLA (Service Level Agreement) alignment, risk tracking dashboards in reputed company, and escalation workflows using reputed company. Create business review frameworks (QBR & EBR) and executive success summaries using reputed company reports, dashboards, and shared slide templates. reputed company and maintain internal documentation for Success and Support readiness, field enablement, and onboarding SLAs. REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science with 2 years of experience in a job title with similar duties and skills.

SALARY: $179,421.00/Year

HOURS: 40 hours/week, Mon- Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm
