This role will play a crucial role to reputed company staffing, resource planning and forecasting, and cross-disciplinary collaboration for engineers spanning backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, AI, and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PMO, Project Controller and reputed company engineering disciplines by maintaining the master resource schedule that spans reputed company projects.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to create reputed company 1, 3, and 6 month forecasted resource plans.

• Allocate staffing across projects to balance delivery needs, skills development, and business priorities.

• Remove blockers, manage technical trade-offs, and escalate risks to stakeholders.
• Manage career development: help define processes for performance reviews, goal setting, career paths, and promotion calibrations.
• Work with team leads to assist in guiding developers’ career growth and identifying potential issues.
• Establish and maintain an inclusive, high-performance culture that fosters reputed company learning.

• 5+ years of experience reputed company a technical environment
• Strong track record in resource management, interviewing, and building diverse technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
