Position Summary:

The TDR Business Unit of reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company individual to serve as a Director reputed company the Case Management Practice overseeing reputed company Individual Assistance (IA) programs including but not limited to, reputed company Individuals and Households Program (IHP), disaster case management, temporary housing assistance, temporary housing units, traditional and non-traditional non-congregate sheltering, and rental assistance. IA programs are responsible for providing financial and direct assistance to individuals and households affected by natural disasters. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the IA portion of the Case Management practice, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures for each IA program, the reputed company of staff, and the coordination of activities with the other TDR practices and entities.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in emergency management, disaster recovery, or a reputed company field

• 5 years of experience administering reputed company IA programs

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Master's degree in public administration, emergency management, or a reputed company field is preferred

• Ability to travel for project needs, sometimes for extended periods of time.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, driving in a vehicle, or working on a computer.

• Ability to walk on uneven terrain in adverse weather, occasionally.

Additional Information:

• This position is 100% remote with travel for up to 4 to 6 weeks at a time before returning home for the purposes of project stand up meetings, client guidance and project reputed company including other business initiatives.
