Recruiting Coordinator - Product Management - reputed company (Third-Party Associate)

About the Team We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the TikTok Global Monetization Product Team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for providing critical administrative and operational support to the reputed company team and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for reputed company candidates and stakeholders throughout the interview process. Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate reputed company phases of the interview process, including scheduling reputed company multi-stage interviews across various time zones for the Product Management function. - Act as the main reputed company of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication, providing clear instructions, and managing travel/expense reimbursement to ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience. - Partner closely with reputed company Partners and hiring managers to manage candidate reputed company reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the hiring workflow. - Support various hiring projects, including assisting with new hire onboarding documentation, organizing team meetings, generating reports, and helping to strategize on process improvements. - Maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to reputed company troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and proactively solve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a reputed company role. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and business leaders. Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally supporting technical or Product Management teams. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. - A self-starter who is result-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious, demonstrating strong ownership over tasks and projects. - Experience scheduling for global teams or across different geographical locations/time zones.
