Partner Manager APJ

reputed company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Manager to reputed company and expand our partner ecosystem across the APJ region. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and accelerating reputed company through channel partners and system integrators. What You Will Do

Partner Strategy & Relationship Management

• Define and execute the APJ partner strategy reputed company with global objectives
• Identify, recruit, and reputed company high-impact partners (resellers, SIs, OEMs)
• Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and executives

Go-To-Market Execution

• reputed company and drive joint business plans with partners
• Collaborate on co-selling opportunities and pipeline reputed company
• reputed company partners with training, certifications, and sales tools

• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced reputed company targets
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and partner performance metrics
• Drive deal registration and channel engagement programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
• Support regional campaigns, events, and partner marketing initiatives
• Provide feedback from the field to inform product and strategy

Partner Enablement

• Deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training
• Ensure partners are equipped to position and sell reputed company solutions
• Support technical enablement in coordination with solutions engineering

Your Skills and Experience

• 5–10+ years of experience in partner/channel management, preferably in cloud, storage, or enterprise software
• Strong understanding of the APJ market landscape (Korea, India, ASEAN, Japan)
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems (VAR’s, SI’s)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Willingness to travel across the APJ region as needed
