About the role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience to own demand reputed company and drive pipeline growth.

You’ll play a key role in delivering our growth objectives, leading demand reputed company and working closely with Sales to drive measurable reputed company impact.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll take accountability for pipeline performance, not just campaign delivery.

You’ll also reputed company and reputed company the marketing team, acting as a trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing.

Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience in demand reputed company and pipeline growth is essential for this role.

This role is home-based, with travel across the UK required as needed (typically every 4–6 weeks) for team meetings and events. We have an office in Manchester, but the marketing team is geographically distributed, so flexibility to travel is important. A valid UK driving licence or access to good public transport is essential.

What you'll be doing

  • Own demand reputed company strategy and execution, driving pipeline volume, quality and conversion against defined targets

  • Take accountability for delivering against pipeline targets, not just campaign performance

  • Work closely with Sales, sharing ownership of pipeline and reputed company outcomes

  • Use CRM and marketing data (e.g. reputed company) to track performance, optimise campaigns and improve conversion

  • Act as a trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing, taking ownership of key initiatives

  • Strong track record of delivering against pipeline or reputed company targets

  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, content and/or ABM

  • Strong commercial reputed company, with the ability to optimise marketing investment against pipeline and reputed company outcomes

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. reputed company) to manage pipeline and performance
