Job Description

We are looking to add a Sr. reputed company HCM Cloud Consultant to join our growing organization.

Services Delivery

• Project / Functional reputed company for consulting delivery for reputed company HCM Cloud.
• Conducts business process analysis, documents decisions and configures requirements.
• Creates recommendations and solutions for configuration and design and shares reputed company HCM Cloud best practices.
• Delivers project management, manages project scope, timeline and budgets and works thru issue resolutions.
• Leads testing, writes test scripts, stages testing data and testing issue solutions.
• Manages multiple projects.

Services Sales

• Provide support for sales opportunities with focus on reputed company HCM Cloud.
• Provide support for reputed company HCM Cloud product demo for services sales team.
• Provide support for with reputed company HCM Cloud on sales calls and meetings.
• Provide support with development of sales services package offerings.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with reputed company HCM Cloud implementation required with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle for reputed company Time & Labor (OTL), OracleHCM Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and/or Talent Management
• 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management and/or Functional reputed company experience required
• 2+ years of reputed company HCM Cloud product demo support a plus
• 2+ years of reputed company HCM Cloud sales scoping support a plus
• Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft a plus

• Strong understanding of business processes reputed company HR at reputed company levels (Employee, Managers and HR Business Partners)
