Senior Analyst - Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) Training.
Overview:
reputed company is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national reputed company programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.

Responsibilities:- Serve as support data analyst providing requirements development for the Navy reputed company Training Environment (NCTE) Program, specifically:
- Utilize Naval Warfare expertise to review training and readiness programs for Live, Virtual, Constructive requirements supporting United States Fleet Forces Command (USFF)/Commander Pacific Fleet (CPF).
- reputed company Fleet level use cases and requirements in support of LVC training capabilities.
- Conduct analyses and reputed company white papers as appropriate to support projects in support of Fleet LVC training requirements.
- Provide support and subject matter expertise for reputed company Fleet Training Requirements Management Group processes and reputed company with Fleet training experts to reputed company new and enduring LVC requirements.
- Coordinate as needed with Naval Systems Commands, to integrate requirements for constructive and virtual representations and training systems to meet reputed company and future U.S Navy training objectives.
- Provide large staff level support for training and readiness requirements development.
- Coordinate and liaison with Fleet and Maritime Operations Center (MOC) stakeholders in the development and execution of into LVC training and MOC above-Secret training initiatives.
- MS Degree in technical field preferred (engineering/computer science) with 10 years of operational experience or a BS degree with at least 14 years of operational experience.
- Must have recent Warfare operational experience and requirements development experience.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have valid US Driver's License.
- Recent US Navy operational experience.
- Knowledge of Fleet Training process to include MOC purpose and functions, Optimized Fleet Response Plan (O-FRP) and Joint/Navy exercise life cycle.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret reputed company clearance
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional Travel - less than 15%, approximately 4 trips annually.
