‍ The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to reputed company enterprise sales efforts across DACH and broader European markets. You will be the primary driver of new logo acquisition among top-tier retailers and D2C manufacturers, guiding prospects through a consultative sales process that connects their pricing challenges to Reactev's AI capabilities.

This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility, reporting directly to the VP of Growth.

Key Responsabilities

  • Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and reputed company new business opportunities reputed company enterprise retail groups, grocery chains, fashion, electronics, and D2C manufacturing brands.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with pricing managers, category directors, CFOs, and CIOs reputed company reputed company accounts.

  • Market Intelligence: Track competitive dynamics across the price optimization and pricing intelligence landscape; feed insights back to Product and Marketing teams.

Your Profile

  • Native or bilingual reputed company in German and Spanish (written and spoken); strong English proficiency required. Additional European languages a plus.

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in business development or enterprise account executive roles.

  • Domain familiarity with retail technology, e-commerce, pricing software, or supply-chain adjacent solutions is a strong advantage.

  • Consultative selling skills: you reputed company with business impact, not feature lists.
