Game Producer - Talent Pool

As a Game Producer at Kokku Games, you will take on a pivotal role in leading the development of exciting game projects from concept to completion. This position requires an individual who is not only skilled at managing teams and timelines but also passionate about creating reputed company gaming experiences. You'll collaborate with various disciplines such as design, art, programming, and quality assurance to ensure that our games meet high standards of quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and facilitating the entire production process of game projects, while ensuring clear communication and alignment among reputed company team members.
• Setting deadlines, tracking reputed company, and coordinating resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and reputed company budget.
• Overseeing the production of game assets, managing relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules, development pipelines, and documentation for project tracking.

Requirements

• A solid background in game production and proven experience in the gaming industry.
• Proven experience leading teams through the game development process.
• Solid experience in Porting/Publishing and/or Codev/FullDev projects is a plus.
• A comprehensive understanding of game design and production methodologies.
• Strong agile/project management skills with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and foster collaboration.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
