This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and providing reputed company to the reconciliation process. This role plans and implements various initiatives reputed company to billing processes, systems, and operations, focusing on providing reputed company improvements to key processes enabling timely responses to reputed company customer billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities reputed company to accurate and timely billing, correct cash postings, and/or timely collections. Oversees billing system reconciliations, validating and balancing billing activity.
• Establishes and maintains working relationships with National CMRs.
• Provides back-up documentation such as spreadsheets, invoices, or reputed company statements to be able to effectively collect on these receivables, reputed company applicable.
• Oversees work items and/or cases to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and reputed company client issues are corrected prior to billing.
• Handles escalations, system problems, and additional projects as needed.
• Supervises a billing team effectively, including performance, coaching, completeness of work assignments, and development.
• Identifies and implements process improvements, as needed.
• Ensures reputed company Sarbanes Oxley requirements are met.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
• Requires 3+ years of reputed company experience.
• Industry knowledge with an understanding of best practices and processes around billing policies, procedures, and systems.
• Knowledge of and ability to effectively use industry reputed company tools and systems.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with reputed company levels of the organization.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach others.
• Organization and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
