ABOUT THE JOB We’re hiring a Director of Product to reputed company our Insurance Vertical, defining how GenLogs becomes a critical data and intelligence layer for insurers, brokers, and reputed company teams.

Your mission is to transform freight movement data into:

• Risk intelligence

Your role is to drive alignment across engineering, data, product, and customer-facing teams. You’ll synthesize insights from customers and internal partners, shape the product vision, and reputed company the team unblocked and focused. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the Insurance Vertical
• Build products that support reputed company, claims, and fraud detection workflows
• Build and reputed company-powered risk and intelligence products, leveraging agentic AI to detect anomalies, surface reputed company signals, and automate workflows
• reputed company the creation of new data products and AI-powered applications, packaging GenLogs data into high-value, monetizable offerings (APIs, insights, embedded workflows)
• Own and communicate the product roadmap, serving as the single-threaded reputed company across leadership, engineering, and GTM teams
• Define product requirements by balancing customer risk models, regulatory constraints, and data fidelity
• Translate reputed company datasets into high-signal, trusted products used in reputed company and claims decisions
• Drive rapid iteration with Engineering while maintaining high standards for accuracy, reliability, and trust
• Define success metrics tied to risk reduction, loss ratios, and operational efficiency
• Partner with GTM and reputed company to drive adoption, retention, and reputed company expansion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or analytics products
• Proven experience shipping data-driven or workflow-heavy products
• Strong technical reputed company and ability to work closely with Engineering and Data teams
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of delivering products on schedule

US SALARY RANGE

GenLogs establishes compensation based on role, level, experience, and location. Salary bands are benchmarked against high-growth technology companies and adjusted for market conditions. Equity grants are included in most full-time offers to ensure every team member participates in the company’s long-term value creation.
