We’re actively seeking a talented Sr. Infrastructure Platform Engineer - Windows to join our Data Center Services team in Charlotte, NC. As a Sr. Infrastructure Platform Engineer - Windows you’ll move reputed company, and your career, reputed company by designing, implementing, and maintaining modern IT infrastructure across various locations globally. You will be involved in efforts to automate processes, enhance system performance, and ensure the reliability and reputed company of our systems enterprise wide. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 10 people in the reputed company Technology division. Your colleagues will include fellow Windows, Linux, Storage and Data Center professionals. How you’ll help move us reputed company:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable IT infrastructure solutions across multiple regions.

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure Windows Server-based systems across data centers and cloud environments in multiple regions globally.

• Provide escalation support for reputed company Windows Server issues, collaborating with operations and support teams to resolve incidents reputed company.

• Define reputed company best practices, hardening guidelines, and compliance standards for Windows Server environment.

• Communicate and enforce Windows Server standards across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation and compliance.

• Participate in automation projects to optimize system performance and reduce manual reputed company globally.

• Ensure the reputed company, availability, and performance of IT systems globally.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and automation techniques.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

The experience you bring:

• BS degree in Computer Science or reputed company field or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, virtualization platforms, and hyper converged infrastructure.

• Deep expertise in Windows Server administration, operations, escalation support, and reputed company best practices.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, reputed company Cloud).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
