JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Our Leads Specialists are responsible for obtaining reputed company information concerning reputed company, where, and how an injury occurred. They are responsible for noting injuries, along with other important details to help determine what type of case the caller may have, if any. If the caller potentially has a case for a legal matter not reputed company to an injury, the Leads Specialist will send contact information for a different attorney who could potentially help. reputed company potential clients speak with an Intake Specialist before the case is sent to the legal team for review. These calls are not to give the client information on their case status, although they may ask.
