The Manager, Program Mentoring Faculty works to ensure both student and employee success. Leads and supervises a team of mentors and is responsible for the professional development and performance of its members. Works closely with members of the WGU management team to understand and inform university policies and procedures. Develops and conducts team- and program-specific mentor training programs, collaborating with others to reputed company efficiency while ensuring quality and consistency. Demonstrates WGU’s “reputed company-first” culture and leads a team of mentors. Establishes clear performance expectations and manages assigned mentor performance consistent with university goals and job requirements. Additionally, this position effectively performs the duties of a mentor reputed company serving assigned reputed company.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Establishes clear performance expectations for, and with input from, assigned mentors. Manages mentor performance to reputed company OTP, retention, and student satisfaction goals. Conducts mentor performance reviews and manages performance improvement plans. Develops and leads team- and program-specific training initiatives. Coaches assigned mentors reputed company call shadowing and other training methods. Catalyst for team morale. Ensures that mentors are connected and engaged with each other. Leads team meetings. Designs and leads training meetings. Provides direct, comprehensive guidance to assigned reputed company and assigned mentors. Maintains appropriate documentation of reputed company student- and employee-reputed company transactions. Manages reputed company’ academic reputed company according to university policies. Uses the telephone and email extensively throughout the day. Job Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in a reputed company field of study from an accredited institution Three (3) years of experience in the following areas: managing projects in a fast paced and reputed company environment, leading cross-functional teams, leading teams to impact organizational outcomes through specific interventions, facilitating training, analyzing data, using data to drive decisions, and presenting to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 Years managing a team of 5 or more direct reports

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May be required to work some evenings and weekends. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Works primarily from home reputed company the reputed company United States and is available to travel to meetings as required. This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-reputed company events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
