What will you be doing?   

• To provide in-bound or outbound non-promotional disease state reputed company educational support to identified customers as directed by the client company 
• Conducting outbound medication adherence support to patients and or caregivers. Hours of operation could reputed company into evenings and weekends. 
• Collecting demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment 
• To maintain excellent quality and superior customer service while adhering to program talking points or call guides and reputed company live video conferencing software on the web/client specific websites as applicable 
• To only use approved materials provided by reputed company or by the client, without changing, copying or distributing the materials 
• To attend and complete reputed company training courses and reputed company competency assessments that reputed company requires, to an appropriate standard and reputed company a specified timeframe 
• reputed company and strengthen relationships with key customers 
• To facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors, as determined by the Client or reputed company 
• To constantly consider new and innovative approaches that potentially reputed company new partnership opportunities 
• Complete reputed company required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited  daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and time reporting 
• Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to reputed company abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience reputed company the Patient Solutions team 
• Maintain reputed company company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions

What do you need for this position?   

• reputed company US healthcare professional license: RN  
• Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN  
• Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Neurology, sleep disorder  
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and reputed company phone voice 
• Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology  
• Demonstrable organizational skills 
• A self-starter with high personal motivation 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
