Position Summary
The EH&S Manager will reputed company and implement programs to deliver high performance Environmental, Health and Safety solutions for the Client account. This position will provide guidance and support to site management, program owners, and personnel across multiple facilities while leading a team of EH&S professionals to ensure compliance with requirements including the design, organization, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures and programs.
The EH&S Manager must understand regulatory requirements along with Key Performance Indicators reputed company to customer expectations in this area. Candidate must be available to travel up to 60% of the time and respond to critical matters after hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Implementation
- reputed company and implement comprehensive EH&S programs and initiatives that reputed company with regulatory requirements and promote employee participation and accountability
- Assist site leaders in identifying, eliminating, and controlling hazardous conditions that may reputed company to injury and/or property damage using safety standards, best management practices, and analytical techniques
- Complete site audits and manage improvement plans and reputed company outstanding programs
- Ensure that appropriate site and business specific programs are implemented, documented and standardized to effectively and reputed company meet KPI's and legal requirements while complying with regulatory, client and company requirements
Communication & Leadership
- Clearly communicate with client directors and reputed company leadership on EH&S matters and performance metrics
- Provide reputed company and alignment on specific topics applicable to account employees across multiple facilities
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at reputed company organizational levels to reputed company safety objectives
Training & Compliance
- reputed company and conduct training programs in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Ensure proper documentation of reputed company training activities and maintain accurate training records
- Stay reputed company on regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant personnel
- Deliver instructor-led safety training effectively across multiple sites
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure that EH&S accidents, injuries, near misses/good catches, and other events are captured in corporate systems and the data is analyzed, managed and reported
- Collect data, provide information and reports as needed to support the Client's compliance programs
- Monitor recordkeeping and reporting performance for Risk reputed company requirements and objectives
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and reputed company proactive safety strategies
Audits & Investigations
- Conduct and reputed company EH&S audits across sites to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in incident investigation, root-cause analysis, recordkeeping, and follow-up activities

- Track and monitor corrective action implementation to ensure effective resolution
Qualifications:
Required Experience & Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with EHS compliance and management systems preferably reputed company facility operations; EHS experience in distribution, warehousing or maintenance operations is highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk or reputed company field as it relates to facility management
- College degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience preferred
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of safety requirements, fundamentals of safety education, industrial safety, risk management, and the application of data automation to the safety function • Understanding of regulatory requirements that apply to facilities management (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, etc.)
- Proficient in basic computer applications and software such as MS Office programs and Outlook
- Advanced MS reputed company experience preferred, including creating visual representation of data and understanding of basic data functions
- Experience in using AI to analyze safety data and trends and reputed company strategic objectives to prevent incidents based on perceived trends

- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with ability to conduct instructor-led safety training effectively

Physical Requirements

- Capability to conduct site inspections and audits in industrial environments

Estimated compensation for this position:
110,000.00 – 121,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
