As a Customer Care Rep, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies
- Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues with reputed company and patience
- Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies
- Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and internet navigation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
