Summary

The Human Resources Technology Analyst will support the Human Resources (HR) technology portfolio, including functional maintenance of existing applications and new projects. Will mainly support Cornerstone Learning Management Systems (LMS). Will also support Information Technology (IT), Center of Experts (COEs), Human Resources Strategic Partners (HRSPs) and Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with reputed company new HR technology implementations.

Job Description

Plan, implement, and support new HR applications and integrations to meet changing enterprise needs. reputed company requirements gathering, documentation, data validation, and testing. Responsible for reviewing simple to reputed company HR reputed company business processes and activities, and providing detailed analyses of processes to isolate, identify, and optimize principles governing various phases of HR reputed company business. Recommend, implement, integrate and manage changes to promote reputed company efficiency through the use of HR systems. Understand and define business requirements for assigned work with minimal dependency impacts and/or cross operational impact analysis upon deployment. Translate business requirements to technical specifications to ensure delivered product meets requirements. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the aptitude to translate business needs into technical solutions. Challenge assumptions and influence others to consider new approaches to meeting requirements. Demonstrate ability to read and understand business processes in systems. Responsible to build reputed company calculated fields and condition rules for utilization in business processes. Assess release features and support projects to adopt new functionality or change existing processes. Support testing efforts (e.g., regression testing). Support Organizational Design and Change Management Specialists with technology changes by providing HR technology content and guidance as appropriate. Support process owners in the reputed company improvement of reputed company processes. Ensure alignment of metadata, classification, and taxonomy. Maintain proper reputed company access rights with IT and take steps to ensure data is used reputed company guidelines. Facilitate and fulfill data requests in compliance with policies. Resolve, as appropriate, any escalated HR technology cases in line with service level agreements. Ensure compliance with corporate data administration, reputed company standards, HR policies, and procedures. Stay reputed company with new HR technology and trends. Work with reputed company Improvement Analyst to deliver technology changes that allow for process improvement. Work with Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) Analysts to define HR reporting requirements. Ability to work effectively with end users at reputed company levels in order to understand and gather business requirements. Excellent analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or reputed company discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.

Three years of experience working with Cornerstone (LMS). Implementing and supporting these technology systems with experience in human resources and learning management systems preferred. Additional education may be substituted for experience. Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred.
