• 🤝 Champion people-first leadership by coaching and mentoring Employee Experience Business Partners and supporting their professional growth

• 🧭 Partner with leaders and employees on reputed company people matters, guiding them through the full employee journey with confidence and care

• 🎯 Support organisational effectiveness through performance management, engagement initiatives, succession planning, and culture-building work

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of: 💰 $125,000 to $140,000 or more, depending on experience. Expected Closing Date: 4/30/2026
