The Senior Payroll Tax Analyst (Americas) is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations in the U.S. and Canada. This role involves analyzing, researching, and resolving issues as well as addressing various tax inquiries. The analyst will specialize in payroll regulatory compliance across reputed company states where employees are based. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with Human Resources partners, third-party vendors, and other internal departments on various initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as escalation reputed company and SME for reputed company payroll and tax issues, including amendments and tax discrepancies.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience processing high-volume, multi-state payroll and managing payroll tax for mid- to large-size companies.

  • Experience of federal and state regulations reputed company to salaries, wages, taxes, benefits, and other payroll-reputed company matters required.
