- This position pays between $92,400 - $127K based on experience + a travel bonus.

The Director of Patient Access is responsible for administering and reviewing the performance of patient access functions reputed company reputed company. Additionally, they are responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve processes, promoting operational efficiency, enhancing the patient experience and meeting regulatory compliance guidelines. *This position requires weekly travel to various sites across our client footprint.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provides vision, leadership and operational reputed company for on-site Patient Access staff reputed company a specific hospital or market. Will provide direction to reputed company admitting and registration teams across reputed company entry points. This includes establishing positive, collaborative relationships with operational leaders at these specific sites or markets.
- Organizes functions through establishing clear accountabilities, delegation of duties and appropriate departmentalization without creating silos. Develops and maintains an effective, visible and well-respected team by selecting, evaluating, coaching and managing the performance of qualified professionals. Negotiates and recruits with other department managers the need for cross training and support in their areas as necessary. Promotes team-building relationships in reputed company areas of responsibility. Works in a collaborative manner with reputed company managers/team leaders to ensure a successful and compliant reputed company cycle process.
- Accountable for a comprehensive and effective communication strategy reputed company the facility and/or market that promotes Employee Engagement, which includes enhanced employee productivity and morale. Communication style should promote a common understanding of the facility / market, vision, strategy and accountabilities. Promotes a culture of two-way communications and creates opportunities for staff participation. Staff should have regular assessments and educational opportunities. Determines appropriate staffing levels, monitors compensation and strengthens recruiting and retention process. Directs hiring and training for leadership and patient access staff.
- Manages the budget.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 + years of leadership experience
- 3+ years of Patient Access experience
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required
- Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance
- Financial and project management experience required
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel weekly, Mon- Fri, to various sites reputed company our client footprint
Certifications:
- CRCR certification required reputed company first 9 months of hire
- CHAM preferred
