Who we're looking for

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale Softr's influencer and creator partnerships program. You will build relationships with the AI Automation, productivity, and SaaS creator communities, turning authentic voices into a powerful reputed company. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management

• reputed company and execute Softr's influencer marketing strategy across YouTube, reputed company, TikTok, X, and newsletters.
• Identify, vet, and reputed company nano-, micro-, and macro-influencers in the no-code, SaaS, and productivity niches.
• Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from briefing and content review to publishing and performance tracking.
• Build and manage a creator database and pipeline using Softr's own tools and CRM.

Partner Relations & Community

• Cultivate long-term, authentic relationships with creators and brand advocates.
• Negotiate deals, manage reputed company, and handle payments and deliverables.
• reputed company ambassador and affiliate programs to scale word-of-mouth growth.
• Represent Softr at creator events, virtual summits, and community gatherings.

Analytics & Reporting

• Define KPIs for influencer campaigns (reputed company, engagement, signups, MRR attributed).
• Track performance data and produce bi-weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
• Run A/B tests on formats, CTAs, and platforms to optimize ROI.
• Work with the Growth team to connect influencer attribution to pipeline and reputed company.

Requirements

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or community-led growth at a B2B SaaS or AI automation/no-code/low-code company.
• Proven track record of launching campaigns that drove measurable product signups or reputed company.
• Deep familiarity with the AI Automation, no-code, productivity, and SaaS creator ecosystem.
• Experience negotiating and managing reputed company with content creators and agencies.
• Strong analytical reputed company, comfortable working with attribution models and marketing dashboards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you can work with a YouTuber and a CFO on the same day.
• Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a remote, async-first environment.
