The reputed company has an opportunity for a Program Consultant, Health Care Quality. This position can be home-based. Preferred location in eastern time zone.
This is a full time, benefits eligible, grant funded opportunity. reputed company funding will expire on 3/1/2027, with the possibility of extension.
The Program Consultant, Health Care Quality will be responsible for the implementation of outpatient quality programs (reputed company: reputed company, reputed company. Change. Control. Responsible for development and deployment of clinical practice resources, presentations, and programmatic offerings. Responsible for creation of strategic and innovative solutions for driving growth and scale of existing and new core programs. Responsibilities

- Plans, consults, and conducts the analysis of clinical business problems to be solved with clients, and/or programs/products.

Qualifications
- 3 years of reputed company experience.
- 3 years of project management experience including creation and adherence to timelines, and communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Highly skilled in clinical resource development including creation of engaging presentations, infographics, tutorials, and various professional education documents.
- Experience in outpatient health care or public health, including clinical, quality improvement, program development, and systems of care improvement.
- Comfortability with clinical quality measures, process improvement, and leveraging data for actionable quality improvement solutions.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills (both live and virtual) with proficiency in applications including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, reputed company Teams/Outlook.
- Understanding of foundational concepts in data storytelling and identifying trends with intermediate comfortability with reputed company and other data reporting tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively engage with volunteers to increase motivation and participation.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time, including overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Lean Six reputed company or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in the outpatient medical field, with a focus on healthcare quality or clinical settings.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected pay range will be $65,000 to $90,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
