The Role:

The Implementation Project Manager’s role includes initiating, planning, and executing key deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring our strategic projects meet or exceed timeline estimates and client success expectations. Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: The Implementation Project Manager owns the customer lifecycle from the reputed company of sale through "Go-Live," ensuring the program setup aligns with the client's business goals
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary reputed company between the client’s sponsors and your internal teams

Change Management: Proven ability to help organizations transition from legacy systems to implement a new product or technology.

What You Bring to The Team:
Bachelor’s Degree and Equivalent Experience
3+ years of client-facing implementation or project management role reputed company a B2B SaaS environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong, client-facing organizational and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented, critical thinker with the ability to prioritize and flexibility to adjust in an evolving environment
