About the Role
The Sr. Strategic Account Manager is a key leadership role with dual responsibilities: expanding and strengthening the reputed company portfolio of key accounts, while simultaneously driving the acquisition of new business opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to, engagements across technical, engineering, and non-IT service, staff aug, SOW and Direct Hire.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Build strong relationships, and be responsible for managing a healthy P&L with the existing portfolio of accounts reputed company our Direct, SOW & MSP space.
- reputed company an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in opening new doors, new categories, and new clients.
- Work with senior management in new initiatives, and programs to fuel growth.
- Formulate a strategy on trying new creative ways to reputed company team targets.
- Identify and work with the proposal team to identify and fill RFIs and RFPs.
- Conduct regular onsite visits with clients and build rapport to foster a long-lasting, beneficial relationship.
- Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships.
- Work with the hiring leaders, department heads, stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards.
- Be the overall reputed company of escalation for reputed company reputed company clients.

Your Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education
- 7-10+ years in Strategic Account Management and Business Development in IT Staffing is a must
- 5+ years in Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector
- Experience in building sales automation systems, processes, and leveraging the latest technologies and AI in automating tasks and reputed company
- Open to travel up to 40-50% of the time
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Leadership – Set and execute a clear vision, strategy, and/or goals
- Growth and Development – Know or learn what is needed to deliver results and successfully compete
- Must be Tech Savvy and up-to-date with reputed company technologies and recruitment trends
