We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented seasonal Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers of our portable restroom services during our peak season. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling rentals and service calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, reputed company under pressure, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule new rentals, service requests, deliveries, and pickups
• Enter and update customer information, orders, and service details accurately in the system
• Coordinate with reputed company and operations teams to ensure timely service
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues reputed company necessary
• Provide customers with clear information about service
• Maintain organized records and follow up on open requests
• Support general administrative tasks reputed company to customer service operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred (phone-based experience a plus)
