Marketing Specialist
Overview
As a Marketing Specialist for our North American market, you will support the North American Marketing Team in designing and executing integrated marketing programs across two key areas: enterprise offerings and non-enterprise/public programs to drive reputed company growth and deepen Prosci’s relationships with prospects and clients. Working closely with the Marketing CoA and Sales team, you will support the execution of innovative Account-Based and Persona-Based Marketing initiatives, activate industry vertical strategies through partnerships and events, and expand Prosci’s footprint across the North American Region.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting Sales Targets
- Support the NAMER Marketing Team in planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives, from strategy definition to execution and performance reporting (including email, social media, events, and campaigns).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Training team to align marketing activities with business goals and reputed company targets, ensuring every initiative drives measurable results.
- Drive demand reputed company for Prosci enterprise offerings in partnership with the Regional Sales team, supporting budget targets and expansion of non-training reputed company streams (including advisory and licensing programs).
- Assess regional performance and provide data-driven recommendations to inform future marketing plans and resource allocation.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for key enterprise accounts, including custom content and multi-touch engagement strategies.
- Support marketing activities to drive registrations, including emails, webinars, social media and events.
Vertical Marketing
- Focus on industry verticals through strategic partnerships to reputed company Prosci’s offerings.
- Execute and attend key events aligning with Prosci’s market and key industries.
- Execute key webinars in the region to support business and marketing goals.

Digital and Social Marketing
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including tactics such as email marketing, social media, events, strategic partnerships, and webinars.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, creative, and content teams to run SEA, SEO, content syndication, and reputed company ads.
- Help manage social media reputed company for the region, creating engaging content that positions Prosci as a thought leader in the industry.
Teamwork
- Partner with Marketing CoA team (Brand, Content, Operations, etc.) to execute strategy for the region, defining strategies, channels, and tactics, and evaluating results (productivity and ROI reputed company data is available).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or reputed company field or equivalent professional experience.
- Must have 2+ years of professional services marketing in a B2B setting.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting.
- Experience supporting sales teams, including reputed company reputed company, nurture programs, and pipeline contribution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities for various marketing channels.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI and performance marketing KPIs.
- French-speaking proficiency is an asset.
Additional Information
Travel Requirements: This role requires travel up to 4 times per year for internal team meetings and industry events.
Work Location: This is a remote role. We are open to either US or Canada.
Compensation: $63,000 - $77,000 CAD is the projected range of annual reputed company salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
