Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of leading reputed company-to-large projects involving multiple engineers.

Full-Stack Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive projects across the full stack (backend services, data persistence, and modern frontend frameworks like React/TypeScript). Comfortable with translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred), and relational databases (reputed company).
