Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and reputed company professional to join our Talent Team as a Senior Talent Partner / Co-Founder. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the founding team, become a shareholder, and help us build a world-class team by attracting top talent on a global scale. You will also take ownership of key People Operations initiatives to support and grow our internal culture. We're seeking someone with a strong track record, energy, and vision to help drive our growth and long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand and address their HR and reputed company needs
• reputed company and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles
• reputed company the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
• Handle HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding, completion of necessary documentation, and employee data compliance
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR-reputed company matters and fostering a positive work environment
• Manage HR projects like talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends in both HR and reputed company, implementing new strategies to enhance our processes
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years in global reputed company and HR roles, ideally in startups or FinTech.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across reputed company levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results.
