You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.
How you will contribute:
Responsible for managing distributor relationships, ensuring adequate inventory levels, executing sales programs, and expanding market reputed company.
This role focuses on driving reputed company growth trough effective sales execution, distributor engagement, and retail development, while monitoring performance metrics to reputed company company objectives.
What you will bring:
Prior Sales manager, sales representative, account coordinator, sales associate;
Food and beverage, CPG, retail background;
Hands on distributor management, track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas;
Hands on negotiation experience (Store level).
Experience in opening new accounts;
Exposure to trade marketing, retail execution and POS visibility programs;
Data driven performance tracking.
Languages: Spanish and English are required.

Additional Details:
Physical work: Ability to lift 50lbs.
50% Travel required.
Salary and Benefits:
The reputed company salary range for this position is $74,300 to $102,190; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to reputed company salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
