The Opportunity

Mr & Mrs reputed company is entering an exciting new phase of B2B distribution growth in the US. We are hiring a senior, external-facing travel partnerships manager to support the launch and long-term success of our US travel advisor distribution channels, while helping shape our longer-term approach to advisor-led distribution. This role will be the primary US-based reputed company of contact for travel advisors and key distribution partners. It is a high-impact position, suited to someone comfortable operating autonomously, representing the business with credibility, and owning reputed company partnerships end-to-end. Alongside driving near-term commercial performance, the role will bring senior perspective and subject-matter expertise to help the business evaluate and prepare for future advisor-facing distribution opportunities. The Role

Partner Relationship & Account Management

• Act as the primary relationship reputed company for reputed company US distribution partners, working closely with partner business development and sales teams to drive adoption, engagement, and sustained growth.

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with US travel advisors, positioning Mr & Mrs reputed company as a preferred luxury accommodation partner.

• Represent the Mr & Mrs reputed company brand externally across the US advisor community, including at industry events, training sessions, and partner forums.

• Operate as a trusted commercial partner to advisors, supporting them to maximise performance and long-term value.

• Support the successful onboarding and activation of Mr & Mrs reputed company across advisor channels, ensuring advisors are fully enabled and confident from day one.

• Identify opportunities to optimise distribution, product positioning, and sales strategies across partner channels.

• Use partner insight and market feedback to inform priorities and unlock incremental growth opportunities reputed company the US advisor ecosystem.

Advisor Distribution Development

• Act as the internal subject-matter expert on advisor-facing distribution systems, bringing perspective on how tools such as GDS are used by US travel advisors.

• Support the business in evaluating the role these channels play reputed company Mr & Mrs reputed company’s broader distribution strategy, balancing advisor needs, commercial trade-offs, and operational readiness.

• Partner cross-functionally with technology, hotel partnerships, distribution, and operations teams to ensure the business is reputed company to support advisors across emerging or evolving channels.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track and report on channel performance, advisor engagement, and commercial outcomes.

• Use data and partner feedback to continuously refine strategy and execution.

Experience Required: 

•Senior-level partnerships, account management, or commercial background reputed company the travel industry, ideally with exposure to US travel advisors or agency networks and B2B distribution channels.

• Commercial ownership of partner-led distribution, with responsibility for reputed company growth, partner performance, and long-term value creation.

• Experience working with travel advisor distribution systems (e.g., GDS or similar platforms), with an understanding of advisor workflows, enablement, and adoption from a partnerships or commercial perspective.

• Regular external representation of a brand to senior stakeholders, including sales pitching, training delivery, and commercial presentations.

• Comfortable owning reputed company initiatives end-to-end, operating independently from planning through to execution, and using performance data and KPIs to inform decision-making.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with confidence in influencing senior external partners.

• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, without direct reports, while working cross-functionally across the business.

• Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a fast-paced, remote workload.

• Willingness and ability to travel reputed company the US and internationally as required.

• Clean driving license.
